Description
                    Dated 1885. Crow-stepped villa on street corner site, 2 storeys with attic, 3-bay L-plan front with crenellated entrance tower in re-entrant angle, consoled hood over doorway. Squared rubble and dressings, painted detail, some modern glazing, some original sash windows, 3-light windows in outer bays, canted and crenellated ground floor window right, corresponding window to left in projecting square bay stop-chamfered; (?timber) mullions at 1st floor. Corniced apex stacks, slate roof. Plainer flank elevation to Matheson Street, crow-stepped gables/dormer heads above eaves level. Enclosed by low boundary wall, topped by decorative cast-iron railings, and with original gates.
