Description

Evaluation carried out in advance of proposed residential development. Trenches excavated to a depth of 0.4 - 0.6m. Investigation encountered Post 1945 activities and identified a buried cultivation layer, much truncated. No date for this layer can be atributed and no significant archaeological remains were encountered. This proposed development was not completed and no ground works occurred beyond the evaluation.
