An island dun stood near the west side, and in the southern half of Loch Mor, Baleshare, and now consists of a heap of stones a little above water-level and too indistinct for measurment. The site has almost certainly been used as a quarry.
There is, however, a substantial causeway (RCAHMS 1928) and the island may be artificial.

There are now no recognisable traces of a dun but the
causeway is well-defined.
