Carnan Buidhe is a large conical mound of grass-covered stones situated at Carnach, at the end of a small peninsula.
E Beveridge 1911.

NF 7993 6327. This probable cairn of earth and stones, now completely turf-covered, is c. 18.0m in diameter and 3.2m high. It has been eroded at the base on the north and south but is still circular on plan and conical in profile.
Surveyed at 1/2500.
Visited by OS (J T T) 30 May 1965.
