Full Description

NF77SE 21 7928 7046.

A sub-oval grass-covered mound, 18.5m NW-SE by 10.5m transversely and centred 1.2m high. On its top are the outlines of a sub-rectangular building divided into two compartments and, on its NW slope, a small oval shieling-type structure. At the base of the mound on the N side are two stones, possibly indicating a kerb.
Visitied by OS 15 June 1965.
