Full Description

NF86SE 6 centred 860 601.

(Area : NF 860 601) 'Fully 100 yards S of Dun Ban (NF86SE 1) is a high rocky island, connected by short causeways with two flat islets on its west and north.
In line with this group, and near the west shore of Loch Hacklett, is yet another island, joined by a curved and still available causeway to a neighbouring point on the north.
None of these last-mentioned sites afford any definite trace of former occupation apart from their connecting causeways, to which much significance can hardly be attached.'
E Beveridge 1911.

As described above. No evidence of any occupation.
Visited by OS (R D) 13 June 1965.
