A wreck is reported at 58 12 30N, 006 22 45W or bearing 341degrees, 173 metres from the trig point on Eilean na Gobhail, Stornoway.

Ordnance Survey Great Britain datum gives position: 58 12 16N, 006 22 58W.

13 October 1976. The remains of a small wreck was found at 58 12 16N, 006 22 58W. No projection appears to be more than 0.3 metres above the surrounding mud and silt, and it should not be a hazard to the type of vessel that anchors in this area. The wreck was not dived upon.
