Surveying Details
-----------------------------
22 March 1919. A position of 58 33 00N, 006 23 00W approximately was given. Source; Stornoway, 12 March 1919.

2 June 1983. The site was not located during side scan sonar search of an area 4.2 miles (E/W) x 2.5 miles (N/S), centred on the reported position of the wreck. There is a slight possibility that the wreck remained undetected amongst numerous small rock pinnacles in the southern and eastern parts of the area searched, but it was thought unlikely as quality of sonar recording was excellent.
Report by Gardline Surveys - deep water route report of survey 1 January 1983.

23 December 1983. The wreck was not found during routine area search, using echosounder and side scan sonar. It has possibly broken up and lying among rock pinnacles closer inshore.
Report by Gardline Surveys.

Hydrographic Office, 1995.
