NF87NE 5 8731 7645.

(NF 8731 7645) Fifty yards south of St Columba's Chapel (NF87NE 9) is a kitchen-midden, remains of which are visible upon the machair in parts where turf has been removed.
E Beveridge 1911.

There is no trace of a kitchen-midden in this area of grass-covered dunes.
