NF88SE 8 857 813.

(Area: NF 857 813) A partly demolished short cist has been found at the base of a sandhill washed by high tides near the head of the bay Traigh na Luibe on the E side of Boreray. It contained a few much-decayed and broken human bones, and was about 2ft 6ins in length. One side slab and an end slab remained in position. Many graves containing human remains have been exposed by high tides above the sandy eastern shore of this island.
RCAHMS 1928, visited August 1915.

This cist was not located; no further information
was obtained concerning the other graves.
