Full Description

NF96NW 13 centred 91 65.

On a small rocky hillock at Guala Mhor, close to the NE of Loch Hunder, lies a flat slab 8ft 2ins long by 4ft 2ins broad and 11ins thick partly resting on solid rock but supported elsewhere by two stones of no great size. At the N is a smaller slab while at the S there is an erect stone. This latter is marked on one face by a number of slight bosses, but these are possibly due to natural causes.
E Beveridge 1911.

The area of Guala Mhor was perambulated but no trace was found of the stones described above. The area is a gentle, heather-covered, west-facing slope singularly free of outcrop rock or boulders.
Visited by OS (W D J) 29 June 1965.
