Full Description

NF96NW 16 9012 6909.

The northernmost of two knolls at Cnoc nan Cuigeal (N of Loch nan Geireann) is comparatively regular in shape, resembling a flattened cone on which there appear to be traces of a building, c.32ft in diameter over its walls.
E Beveridge 1911.

The only flat-topped knoll containing a grass-covered scatter of stones at Cnoc nan Cuigeal, is at NF 9012 6909; but no building could be identified, and the knoll is natural.
Visited by OS (N K B) 14 June 1965.
