OS 6"map, Inverness-shire, 2nd ed., (1904)
Druim na h-Uamh, SE of Burrival, where there is a large cave with evidence of former occupation. The entrance facing S, is 8ft 6" wide and about the same height penetrating the rock for a depth of c.13 yards contracting to half these dimensions at its inner end. An accumulated depth of c.2ft of soil on the floor contained pottery, charred bones, ashes, shells, etc.

The cave is as described above, but no trace of habitation was found. Visited by OS (N K B) 13 June 1965.
