Full Description

NF98SE 5 centred 97 83.

Carmichael describe a grave exposed by wave action found on Keilligrey, in the ancient burial plot called Cladh Aruinn, which contained a skeleton, a small hammer and a pair of scales. There is a strong possibility that this may be the same site referred to by Martin (M Martin 1934) as being on the neighbouring island of Ensay. See NF98NE 5. M Martin 1934; A Carmichael 1900; Information contained in letter from Kate Brown to J Close-Brooks 2 November 1977.
