Full Description

NG09SW 8 025 945 to 026 945.

Coarse pottery from blow-out in machair at NG 025 945.

In an erosion gully at NG 026 945, two stone structures and midden material, including shell, pottery, metal (metal slag, nails, pieces of thin bronze/copper sheet, other pieces of metal), bones (some human - five human skeletones had been reinterred nearby), flint. A medieval belt buckle was found a few years ago.
