Full Description

Opened by Northern & Scottish Airways in 1936. Comprised of two grass runways a hanger and fuel depot. The strip fell out of use when the scheduled BEA Service ceased (circa. 1950). Other nearby areas also seem to have been used such as Tráigh Ear, Vallay Strand and the machair near Aird a Mhorain.
