Awaiting DES entry 96/454.

An oval stone cairn, 4m across and up to 0.6m high, stands on the highest point of Eilean Dubh Mor. Possible traces of a kerb including uprights are present. In the absence of evidence of any adjacent cultivation, and its topographic location, a funerary function seems possible. A duck was nesting on the cairn, and prevented close examination. Other small stone cairns can be traced in the vicinity.
