Steam Trawler PARKMORE, 199 ton, of Granton. Master, J. Jamieson. Bound from Oban to fishing grounds. Lost 29 June 1929, 10.30pm. Skeirinoe Rock (Sgeir Mhor) 3 1/2 miles from Glas Island (Eilean Glas) Lighthouse, Scalpay, Harris. North east gentle breeze, clear. (No cause of wreck shown in report). 10 crew all saved. "May be floated off".
