Barge LCM309, Ministry of War Transport, master R. MacMaster. Bound from Greenock to Loch Boisdale. Lost 27 Sep 1946, 9pm BST. McCormack Bay (appears to be a local name, not located on map, record set up using NLO for Loch Skipport), Loch Skipport, 6 miles from Usinish Lighthouse, South Uist. Wind southerly force 3. Cause of wreck "Engine trouble and anchor failing to hold on clean bottom". Crew 2, saved. No cargo.
