U1021, 769gt, 221.4' x 20.5' x 15.8', coimmanded by KL Holpert. Depth charged by RN ships DEAN, RUPERT and CONN at 58 19N, 5 31W on 30 March 1945. Diesel rose to the surface after the attack. In a subsequent attack on a bottom contact, more diesel fuel and wreckage came to the surface.
