What may be a farmstead comprising one unroofed long building and an enclosure are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Island of Harris 1881, sheet x). Only the unroofed building, with two compartments, is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).

M101 NB 10014 06414
Large stone structure with four distinct areas.
A) NB 10019 06408 Southern annex, 4.5m x 3m, 0.75-1m high, wall width = 0.7m, SE-NW orientation of long side.  Posttible entrance to SE
b) NB 10015 06407. Stone structure 7m x 3.5m, 1m high.  Entrance to the NW.  Wall thickness of 1m.
C) NB 10014 06414.  Stone structure 11m x 6m, 1m high, contains four rooms.  NE room contained a swuqre feature of three standing stones, possibly a hearth and a niche in the norhtern wall.  Entrance to the building is tyo the east.  Wall survived to six courses.
D) NB 10017 06417. Stone structure, 3m x 3m x 1m high.  Northern annex to building M101c.  Entrance probably to the NW.
