What may be an unroofed building lying within an enclosure and attached to a wall is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Hebrides, Barra etc. 1880, sheet lxiv), and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971) where it is also shown attached to a wall, but the enclosure is not shown.
