These ruined buildings and associated enclosure walls are recorded as ruins on the 1st edition map (1853) and recorded as part of the Lambol Burn ruins NB35SE 31. This extensive site lies on either side of the road to the shore at Mol Eire.
They comprise the remains of a sub-rectanbular, collapsed turf and stone building, upstanding to 1.5m in places, measuring 4 x 3m, aligned east to west, with stone and turf enclosure walls perpendicular to the building, joining the north west corner and running to the north for 9m. The wall is less upstanding, standing to 1m maximum in places. The stone and turf have collapsed by up to 2m in places towards the building. A second wall conjoins the south east corner of the bulidng. This is upstanding to 1m and incorporates large upright boulders. It is also up to 2m wide in places due to collapse. The wall zigzags, due to partial collapse and repair, towards SABS 49 adjacent. There are further field and enclosure walls extending southwards up the hill that conjoin this latter wall.
