A single unroofed building annotated 'Ruin' which may be a mill is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Isle of Lewis Ross-shire 1853, sheet 5), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).

SABS 64: Lambol Burn possible mill NB 3837 5493

This site is shown on the 1st edition map (1853) and is now an irregular grassy, stony mound on the south bank of the present stream. The mound is now an irregular triangular shape, 5 x 5m maximum extent, and standing to 1.5m.
