What may be a farmstead comprising two unroofed buildings and an enclosure, and a small field system are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Island of Harris 1881, sheet vii). One unroofed, two roofed buildings and a length of wall are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
