What may be two unroofed shieling-huts and an unroofed building of two compartments are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Island of Harris 1881, sheet vii) and on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974) although they are shown at different locations to the 1st edition.
