A farmstead comprising seven roofed buildings, one of which has two wings, four partially roofed buildings, one of which is U-shaped, and three unroofed buildings is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire, Island of Lewis 1855, sheet 41). Four roofed, one partially roofed and three unroofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
