Full Description

rectilinear structure with rounded corners, oriented N-S, measuring 9m by 3.5m within double-faced boulder walls up to 1.5m wide by 0.8m high; N wall less well preserved and difficult to trace; a 2m wide platform revetted by boulder face on S, runs outside the S wall, merging with the SE angle of the building, and is probably a foundation platform rather than an earlier building; two opposing entrances on W and E walls, each c. 0.8m wide and c. 1.5-2m from S wall; featureless interior. A small secondary extension, c. 3m N-S by 2m internally, is tacked onto the W wall and entered by the W entrance; no external entrance, so probably a cupboard or storeroom rather than a porch.
