Full Description

SU 53:
This small stone faced earth cored blackhouse is orientated from west south-west to east north-east and measures 10.9 x 6.1 metres. It has opposing entrances towards the west end of its south and north walls and later internal partition constructed immediately to the east of the entrances.
Interpretation: This house forms part of Baile D and on the basis of form seems to represent the remains of a relatively early house with small overall dimensions, opposing entrances and squared ends.
