Full Description

SU 58:
Constructed in a Fissure between fragmented bedrock on the north side of a low ridge this feature is orientated from west to east and measures 8 x 2.5 metres. It is constructed of large capstones visible at the surface as slabs measuring ca 1.5 x 1 metres. Inside it has been largely been silted up hawever several short stretches of coursed stonework can be seen.
Interpretation: This feature may represent the remains of a souterrain utilising natural bedrock formations and capped with large rough hewn capstones.
