Full Description

SU 135:
This blackhouse is orientated from west to east and measures 13 x 5.8 metres. It has opposing entrances at the eastern end of the south and north walls, and survives as a turf bank with very occasional fragments of stone work. (The western end of this house is lined to the north to south dyke??????) and to the west by a short length of wall running from east to west, SU 141.
Interpretation: This house has been deliberately dismantled to provide building material for another house, probably SU 128 located directly to the north.
