Full Description

SU 158:
Located immediately to the east of blackhouse SU 157 the remains of this house show signs of having been robbed for stone in the immediate past. What remains is a mound of wall core that marks the house as being orientated from north to south and measuring 13 x 8 metres, with an apsoidal end to the north.
Interpretation: Local information suggests that this house has been robbed for stone during early 1999. It is likely that much of the basal course of the walls and the floor surfaces survive intact underneath the mound of wall core material.
