Full Description

SU 164:
This feature marks the continuation to the south of the modern road of dyke SU 144. Starting at NF 78350 14237 this turf dyke runs to the south south-east for 165 metres to NF 78384 14075 where it turns to the south and runs for a further 26 metres to NF 78384 14049, shore of the bay to the east of Rubha na Moine. Its course is broken for 25 metres at NF 78369 14135 by peat cuttings.
Interpretation: This dyke forms part of the larger radial field system and seperates Baile I to the east from Baile J to the west.
