Full Description
SU 208:
Located on a tidal island to the south-east of Rubha na Moine this turf and stone building is orientated from west to east and measures 8.1 x 4.6 metres. It is buried deep in a patch of nettles making the observation of its internal details difficult, no entrance could be discerned.
Interpretation: This feature is likely to represent a transhumance site for the management of livestock grazing on the tidal islands to the south and east of Rubha na Moine.
