SABS 35: Siorravig stone alignment/field wall shown on 1st edition map (1853) NB 36840 54275

A wall is shown on the 1st Edition map (1853) extending from a farmstead (SABS 36: SMR 3157) to the coast, and is probably the same as a stone alignment recorded by the Coastal Erosion Assessment Lewis in 1997 (=SMR 6524). This wall can be seen as a very eroded, low turf bank, up to 2m wide and 0.7m high in the centre.
