During June 1997, the off-shore oil-rig construction yard at Arnish Point was visited and photographed by a RCAHMS photographic survey team. The purpose of this survey was to enhance and augment the existing holdings of the National Monuments Record Scotland.
Visited by RCAHMS (MKO), June 1997.

Construction yard specialising in large-scale steel fabrication for the off-shore oil and gas industry. Probable closure announced November 1999.
