E 297:
This house measures 5 x 3.9 metres, the walls stand 50 cm high and are mostly covered with turf. It has an entrance on the northern corner of its north-east side. It is situated on the same platform as buildings E295 and 296.
Interpretation: This small house probably represents a barn or an ancillary building for the blackhouse E 295, located 15 metres to the east.
