Full Description

E 338:
This house is a small recangular building, it measures 3 x 5 metres and only very low walls (40 - 50 cm) survive, they are partly collapsed and covered with turf. The house is situated on a platform relatively near to the coastline. No entrance is visible. It stands just 5 metres to the north of house E 339 and to the west of house E 340.
Interpretation: The size of this house seems to suggest its use as a barn or storage room. It probably dates to Medieval times.
