E 423:
These feannagan are running down a steep slope in a north-easterly direction for 30 metres. The field is 40 - 45 metres wide and covered with heather.The cultivation is situated 50 metres west of Loch a Chapuill and quite far away from the nearest settlement, blackhouse E 399 (350 metres).
Interpretation: The location of this area of cultivation is quite unusual because it is far away from any house. However, this field could have been used by the inhabitants of house E 399.
