47. Cornaig Bay (VN39)
Scattered remains of a circular stone structure 3.5m dia, on a low grassed mound

VN39 (NL636966) A small oval mound, 3.7 x 3.2 m, with some stones embedded around the periphery. Location suggests it is unlikely to be a clearance cairn; most probably the collapsed and embedded remains of a small shelter.
