Full Description
SY48 (NL65089033) Shieling complex.
Location: On cliff at east side of neck to Leehinish peninsula.
Description: Unclear structures of possibly subcircular shape, very disarranged, set within enclosed area between denuded bedrock and stream.
Note: Site in state of erosion from stream. Exposed periglacial deposits 1.5 m deep reveal peat with much tree wood.

Description: Curved wall of drystone enclosing an area, 15 x 10 m, bounded by a stream to of the south enclosure and exposed bedrock to the north.
