Full Description

SY75 (NL63099186) Shieling complex.
Location: West coast of valley floor.
Description: Rounded irregular subrectangular, building, 21 x 11 m, or cluster of cojoined cells that may be resolved into two main buildings set to one side of an oval enclosure.

SY75a (NL63099186) Shieling.
Location: As above.
Description: Rounded externally, but more rectangular internally with a wall division forming two cells, overall dimensions 6 x 5 m, with possible doorway into building (b).
Note: Slightly mounded and grassed over.

SY75b (NL63099186) Shieling.
Location: As above.
Description: Rounded subrectangular building, 7 x 5 m, with three cells, one circular and two rectangular, that form either a separate shieling or an extension of building (a).
Note: There is no apparent external doorway, but the internal connection between the two structures suggests that they form a single entity.
