Full Description

S62 (NL687989) Heavily embedded and much robbed remains of an oblong stone and earth walled building, 8.85 x 5.7 m overall. A 1 m door is almost central in the southern wall. Blackhouse immediately alongside and on the same axis is a second thick-walled structure 6.1 x 4.9 m, with a door in the south-east corner. This is probably a byre, and appears to partly overlie an earlier thick-walled structure 6.7 m long.
