Full Description

K34 (NL671997) On a shelf at c. 200m OD, a well-preserved circular stone and earth structure 11.75 m diam. The wall circuit can be clearly traced around its perimeter, and a door 0.8 m wide is at the north protected by a high rock face. A possible pier is identified to the north-east of the door, and several rock slabs up to 1.5 m long were noted, which may have been lintel slabs. Iron Age wheelhouse.
