Full Description

MY115 (NL56178226) Peat dryer.
Location: Upper hill-slope plateau.
Description: Rectangular, 3 x 1.5 m, low flat platform with masses of piled stone around the south-western end and along the sides leaving the north-eastern end open. Much of the stonework has tumbled inwards.
Note: Severe and active erosion has reduced the peat soil to bedrock all around the western sides spilling out the stonework from its original position along the edges.
