Full Description

MY217 (NL55468280) Peat dryer.
Location: Hill-top plateau.
Description: Possibly an oval or subrectangular, 7.5 x 5.5 m, peat mound with a mass of displaced stonework. Some stonework may still be in place as the perimeter retaining wall but perhaps as much as a third of the mound has dissolved into a large pool of standing acidic water.
Note: Severe active deflation in progress.
