Full Description

NB 45322 35924 ±9m. A fragment of ceramic rim sherd (right) was recovered 0.4m below present surface from eroding sand face. From a well-made vessel, heavily soot-blackened, everted rim with internal bevel. A modern seal skeleton was eroding from sand level nearby.
