Full Description
C40 (NF665032) Well-built stone and turf rectangular enclosure, 20 x 15 m, with a rectangular annexe 2 x 1.6 m at its south corner. A turf and stone wall curves in from a major sheep wall upslope to meet the north corner of the enclosure. Immediately upslope to the east are three clearance cairns, and along slope to the north-west are five further cairns and traces of a cultivation plot. Pen and shepherd's shelter (type B).
