Full Description

VS41 (NL641945) A stone-rich mound very heavily embedded, and infested by rabbits, built on a steep slope overlooking East Bay. On the downslope side much stonework is exposed and the mound stands 1.7 m high! On the top of the mound, which is 7 x 6 m, further embedded stones, almost certainly disturbed by rabbits, are visible. Possibly a prehistoric house or kerbed cairn. The lack of any visible kerbstones inclines us to the former.
