Full Description

"Remains of a stone dam, bound with mortar and cutting the only outflow stream from Loch Oigheabhat. The dam is 8.0m lonh, 0.5 metres wide and 0.8 metres high. It has been breached and is currently not being maintained and was likely to have been for the improvement of the water management in the surrounding catchment for eaither sporting (estate fishing) or milling reasons."
